60 Day return policy
Most of our customers are thrilled with their new watch and we expect you will be too. If you purchase a watch from our stock and you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange your watch for any currently available watch of equal or greater selling price within 60 days. In order to be eligible for exchange, the watch you return must not be worn, scratched, damaged nor sized. It must be returned in brand new condition including the box, papers and warranty card. Of course, if you choose a watch with a higher selling price you must pay the difference. You may also return the watch for a store credit good towards future purchase. In order to keep our cost of doing business down and our prices as low as possible, we do not give refunds or charge card credits. No exceptions! Customers must pay all shipping costs, both ways, on the exchange. Free shipping does not apply to returns, exchanges or repairs. Any merchandise sent to us for return or exchange must be sent via FedEx, adult signature required, insured for the full purchase price. We cannot be responsible for packages left without our signature, nor can we be responsible for packages shipped via USPS or UPS. Watches that are not in stock at the time of your order are considered special orders and may not be returned for refund, credit or exchange. No exceptions!
It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short time, without it showing signs of wear, nicks or small scratches. Since we do not sell used watches, once you wear a watch, it can no longer be returned for exchange or store credit. Once a watch has been worn it may be returned for repair or adjustment, only, if needed.
Customers in the US who place an order online and then cancel the order or refuse delivery will be charged $50.00 or 10% of the order amount whichever is greater plus the cost of shipping and insurance, both ways. Customers outside of the US who place an order online and then cancel or refuse delivery will be charged $100.00 or 10% of the order total, whichever is greater, plus any applicable shipping costs, import tax, duty, VAT and customs charges.
Watches-Swiss.com will do their best to ship your new watch within the time frame indicated on the website. Because some watches may be on back order or out of stock at the manufacturer, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. However, if we are unable to ship a watch within 30 days of the availability date stated on the product page, the customer may ask for and receive a complete refund. If the customer asks for a refund before the availability date plus 30 days there is a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the purchase price or $50.00, whichever is greater.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from our office) associated with exchanges and repairs (including warranty repairs and recently purchased watches.)
For International Orders any import tax, customs duty, VAT or other applicable taxes will normally be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Note that In virtually all International trade, the taxes are paid by the recipient, not by the shipper.
We are located in the U.S. so we buy and sell in U.S. dollars only. All orders are charged in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are constantly updated and are believed to be accurate market rates. However, your actual conversion rate is set by the bank that issued your credit card at the time you make your purchase.
