Watches-Swiss.com sells only authentic Swiss watches at very low prices. Most of our customers are thrilled with their purchase and we expect you to be, too! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return it within 60 days for an exchange, store credit  or refund. Returned watches must be brand new, not worn, not scratched, not damaged, not sized. Watches must be returned with the original box, warranty card and booklet in new, undamaged condtition. It is not possible to wear a watch, even for a short period of time, without developing some small scratches or other signs of wear so once a watch has been worn, even briefly, it may not be returned. Any watch received for return in less than brand new condition will be returned to the purchaser and any associated costs will be billed to his or her credit card

Unlike some other online vendors, we do not charge a restocking charge on exchanges. However, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from any credit or exchange. 

All returned merchandise must be properly packaged and insured. Please use the original packaging if it is available. If not, wrap the watch in at least 2" of bubble wrap or crushed paper and place in a good corrugated cardboard box. Please do not send the watch in any kind of padded envelope. Returns sent in any kind of envelope, loose in the shipping carton or loose in the display box will be refused.
